Windows 7 restart stuck logging off

Mar 22, 2012 · I have a windows 7 station that hangs when you log off. But if you reboot it works fine. I think it has a network connection that it won't let go. It will sit saying "Logging Off" for over night. Strange. This is a fresh install on a dell 745. Thanks
